I'm loving Mussoorie, a little town perched on a ridge on the Himilayas. The views are amazing, people interesting and food to die for, plus every street runs on a steep angle so there's plenty of good exercise to be had :)

A few from Singapore. A great place with so much awesome architecture. I pretty much walked the whole of Singapore this day taking photos that I had swollen (elephant looking) feet for 3 days (I blame the heat not my fitness :). A bit slow on the blogging, I know, but it took me a week to find the right connections to be able to charge my laptop. I am now enjoying the sites and semi-peace of Dehradun and the Himilayan foothills. More photos soon :)

beautiful shots Arlene, fit for postcards, nice to see what you are up to :) enjoy!

(06.08.09 @ 04:48 PM)These Hasselblad (?) photos are really great, Arls. Thanks for posting them!
(06.09.09 @ 08:00 PM)WOW, Fantastic photos. India is on my ultimate travel list and now is Mussoorie!
(06.11.09 @ 11:00 AM)I am looking for a luxurious bungalow/Villa in Musoorie with area between 2700-4500 square yard with at least 5-7 bedrooms. It can be of traditional style, colonial architecture or with modern look but class is must. Lovely views with beautiful environment/surroundings. Furnishings should be of high standard. Location should be in a very peaceful setting with garden, orchard, big lawns. Parking space should be for at least 5-6 cars. Maximum budget range 7 crores but the property should be ultimate and exclusive with no second thought. I have heard that in Uttarakhand dealers charge 2% in big deals also, but I will pay only 1% of the final deal, which is very common practice in all metro cities of India. I want 100% pure clean deal. You will have to first mail me photographs with complete details. If I find the property as per my requirement, then u will have to give me 7 days time to arrive to ur plac as I have Pharmaceutical export/import business and I keep traveling in American and European countries for most of the time. I will have to arrange my visit from my very tight schedule. I am living in Mumbai. Once I finalize the residential property, then I will go for buying some commercial property and some farm land in outskirts of Dehradun for investment purpose. As there are restrictions for outsiders to buy land in Uttarakhand so I will buy these properties in company/trust name. I had all discussions with my lawyer. Few months ago I sold some properties in Pune and I will be investing that money in these properties and so payment will be 100% cash down with 50% in white. Most important note: Property should be of reasonable price as per market. Your response awaited.
